Frequently asked questions
Answers about plans, setup, domains, payments and support.
What exactly am I renting?
A complete, ready-made SMM panel - hosted, configured and running on your own domain. You get the admin dashboard, the customer-facing panel, provider connections and payment gateways. You are not buying followers or likes from us; you are renting the software and infrastructure that lets you run that business yourself.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point your domain to us (or let us register one for you) and your panel launches on it directly - your brand, your logo, your colors. Nothing on the panel shows our name.
Do I need any development or server skills?
No. We handle hosting, installation, SSL, updates and uptime. You manage your panel from the admin dashboard - pricing, providers, users and orders - without touching a server.
Do you offer API access for bulk orders?
Yes, every panel ships with a full API so you or your resellers can place and track orders programmatically, at any plan level - it is not a paid add-on.
How do payments and payouts work?
You connect your own payment gateways (cards, crypto, wallets, local rails). Customer payments settle directly into your account on the gateway's own schedule - we never hold your funds or take a cut of your sales.
What support do you provide?
Support covers the panel itself - hosting issues, setup, updates and technical questions about running your instance. Our team is reachable by ticket and WhatsApp, with a median first reply under 10 minutes.
Can I use this to run a reseller or agency business?
Yes - that is the main use case. Agencies run their panel under their own brand for clients, and resellers connect child panels to sell under their own domain and pricing.
What happens if I want to switch providers or cancel?
Your panel, your data. You can change connected providers at any time from the dashboard, and export your users, orders and balances if you ever decide to leave.
